Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Use of canal & dock is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No swimming, diving or jumping from the dock. Fishing is permitted from dock and guests must follow all Florida fishing regulations. No cleaning the fish on dock or property. Guest boats must be approved in advance and fit dock safely. Do not tie boats to seawalls, railings, or pilings not intended for mooring. No fueling, oil changes or mechanical work on the property. Secure all watercraft properly. Dock use for registered guests only. Respect all neighboring docks and boats at all times. The dock and canal are natural waterfront features. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use.

If neighbors send complaints, guest must leave the premises & no refunds given. • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (with air mattresses & couch. Must use sheets. Additional guest fee over 6 people) • Early/late check-in/check-out options in guest portal/Manage My Booking. Based on availability. • Grill: Clean after use, turn off propane, and cover when done.
