To ensure everyone has a great experience, please follow these simple rules: • REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT $300 required & refunded 24-48 after checkout if no issues. • No parties, events, or unregistered guests • Minimum Age for booking party: 23 years old • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property • Pets allowed with a non-refundable fee of $125/pet. Must pick up after pet or extra cleaning fees. No excrement of any kind anywhere on premises. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Strictly enforced. If neighbors send complaints, guest must leave the premises & no refunds given. • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (with air mattresses & couch. Must use sheets. Additional guest fee over 6 people) • Early/late check-in/check-out options in guest portal/Manage My Booking. Based on availability. • Grill: Clean after use, turn off propane, and cover when done. Extra $100 cleaning fee if not cleaned. • Garbage: Please take to the curb on Wednesday evenings or on the last night of your stay. Bring garbage cans back in after pick-up • No shoes indoors • No food or drinks in bedrooms or on upholstered furniture • Check-out: Wash dishes, wash & dry as many towels as you can, lock all doors. • Put all items back in original spots. Especially remotes. Lost remotes=$100 fee. • Beach chairs will be left for guest in garage. Please rinse sand off with hose/faucet on side of home.
