To ensure everyone has a great experience, please follow these simple rules: • August Lock System is used for access. Please send host your mobile #. Invitation to download app will be texted. • Allow your phone access to August App • Front door must be pushed/pulled tight to align lock when unlocking & locking • REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of $300 is required & refunded 24-48 hours after checkout if no issues. • No parties, events, or unregistered guests • Minimum Age for booking party: 23 years old • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property • Pets allowed with a non-refundable fee of $125/pet • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Strictly enforced. If neighbors send complaints, guest must leave the premises & no refunds given. • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (with air mattresses & couch. Must use sheets. Additional guest fee over 6 people) • Early/late check-in/check-out options in guest portal. Based on availability. • Pool & lanai: Use at your own risk. Supervise children at all times. No glassware. Shower before swimming. • Grill: Clean the Blackstone after use, turn off propane, and cover when done. $100 fee if not cleaned. • No shoes indoors • No food or drinks in bedrooms or on upholstered furniture • Check-out: Wash dishes, wash & dry as many towels as you can, take trash out to bins on side of home, if your stay includes a Tuesday night, take trash bins to street, if your stay includes a Wednesday, please bring trash bins back to side of home, lock all doors. • Put all items back in original spots. Especially remotes. Lost remotes $100 fee. RESORT FEE=POOL HEAT FEE: $35/NIGHT. This is a heated pool listing and this fee is mandatory as the pool will remain heated.
