Sea Isle State of Mind is your easygoing Jersey Shore escape — a spacious 1,000 sq ft condo just steps from the beach in Sea Isle City. The first-floor unit (just one small flight of stairs) offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths, so everyone has their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals in, and the in-unit washer/dryer make longer stays a breeze. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay — no need to pack your own. Spend your days on the sand, then come home to relax on the outdoor seating area before heading out to explore Sea Isle's restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutiques. Walkable, pet-friendly, and made for making memories.

*Registered guests only; no unapproved overnight visitors. *No third-party bookings: The person booking must be staying at the property. *Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. CHECKOUT: *Please wash & dry all the towels. *Leave sheets on bed as cleaning team will strip and wash All dishes cleaned, trash removed, doors/windows locked. Trash: All trash must be bagged & placed in designated condo containers. Beach Gear: Shake/rinse sand from chairs, toys, coolers, etc. before storing them. *Pets under 60 lbs welcome. Pets must be potty trained, must stay off furniture or extra cleaning fees and replacement costs charged. Must not be left unattended unless crated. *Please rinse off sand before entering the condo & keep beach gear outside when possible. *No wet towels or bathing suits on furniture or beds. *Please do not move furniture. *Guests are responsible for excessive damage, cleaning or missing items. *Please follow all posted parking and condo rules. *Designated Parking: FREE PARKING IN SPACE #2. Guests are responsible for any tickets/towing. Most importantly, relax, enjoy the beach & have a wonderful Sea Isle Stay.

No pet waste anywhere on the premises. • Early/late check-in or check-out: $25 fee, based on availability — request via the Guest Portal/Manage My Booking. • Designated parking: Space #2 only. Guests are responsible for any tickets or towing. • Rinse sand from beach gear before entering the condo; keep beach gear outside when possible. • Please do not move furniture. No wet towels or swimsuits on furniture or beds. • Check-out: wash & dry all towels, leave sheets on the bed (cleaning team strips them), wash dishes, bag and remove trash, lock all doors/windows. • Guests are responsible for any excessive damage, cleaning, or missing/lost items.
